Chat with MagicGPT
Use the chat interface to communicate with MagicGPT in a thread. You can send quick queries, ask questions, or get instant assistance on tasks, making it your primary workspace for day-to-day support.
Copy Button
The Copy button allows you to quickly copy MagicGPT’s responses for use in other tools, such as notes, documents, or client deliverables. This helps you transfer information without retyping.
Prompt Override (Account Leads Only)
Prompt Override allows you to override the default prompt in a MagicGPT session to quickly access key MEA topics. This includes workflows, SOPs, the Support Codex, handling assistant concerns, feedback, billing, EOD reports, working hours, and other internal resources.
New Chat
Use the New Chat feature to start a fresh conversation. This is helpful when switching tasks or when you want to avoid mixing context from previous discussions.
Chat Threads
Chat Threads allow you to access previous conversations. This makes it easy to revisit past discussions, retrieve information, or continue working within an existing context.
Share Button
The Share button lets you share a chat or specific output with your Account Lead, Product, or Engineering teams for feedback, review, or troubleshooting.
Detach Mode
Detach Mode allows you to open MagicGPT in a separate window, giving you more screen space and making it easier to multitask while working on different tools or tabs.
